Begin by holding the candle and reciting the Meet Your Spirit Dragon Prayer:

I welcome the fire that lives in me.
I am free, I am strong, I choose who I want to be.
I call my dragon, ancient and wise,
To wake the power that lives inside.

No fear within, no doubt in my way,
I stand in my power every day.
With wings of fire, stay close to me,
And guide me to all I am meant to be.

I am not afraid of who I am.
I trust the fire within my heart.
My dragon wakes, strong and free,
And walks through every path with me.

Every product is a tool—its meaning and impact are shaped by your belief, intention, and personal journey.

- Choose the candle colour you feel most drawn to.

- Hold the candle in your hands, take a few deep breaths, and set your intention to meet your spirit dragon. You may also write down any questions you wish to ask.

- Recite the Meet Your Spirit Dragon Prayer slowly and with intention.

- Place the candle in a quiet room and light it.

- Play any frequency or calming sound that helps you enter a meditative state.

- Close your eyes and meditate for 10 minutes. Allow your spirit dragon to reveal itself to you. Do not force the experience; simply observe.

- Notice the details that come to you - its colour, appearance, energy, qualities, name, or any message you receive.

- When your meditation is complete, write down everything you experienced. This can help you remember your first connection and deepen your relationship with your spirit dragon over time.
