CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order and later changed your mind due to any reason and wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at orders@vanikabirmultiverse.com with your order id ( eg. #VKMxxxxx ) within 24 hours of placing the order. Please also let us know the reason for cancellation.
Any order cancellation request sent after 24 hours of placing your order will be invalid.
Any order cancellation request sent on WhatsApp or Instagram DM will be invalid.
The order cancellation request can only be sent on email to orders@vanikabirmultiverse.com
During the offer period no order cancellations are allowed.
If you have received an official email from Vani Kabir Studio that any particular product cannot be shipped due to non availability, that particular product can either be replaced with a different product or the product value ( minus the payment processing charges *) will be refunded. It usually takes 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect back into your account.
* For Razor Pay, the charges are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards, Net Banking (except for American Express which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards. For PayPal, the charges are 5.19%. These charges are inclusive of the applicable 18% GST. And, Shopify platform charges of 2% will not be refunded.
If your order is shipped from Vani Kabir Studio and it is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel your order from our end.
Order Shows Delivered But You Haven’t Received
If you get a message from our third party shipping company that the order is delivered but you haven’t yet received the order, immediately email us at orders@vanikabirmultiverse.com. Reach out to us within 24 hours of such incidents for us to escalate it to our shipping partners and resolve the issue. If 24 hours have passed and you are unable to reach out to us for any reason, we will not be responsible for resolving the issue and for your package being lost.
International ( Outside India )
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland India, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of Vani Kabir Studio (previously known as Soul Studio by Vani Kabir) - a unit of M/s Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
An order to a country other than mainland India will be shipped on a paid shipping basis (also mentioned in our shipping policy). If the international order is cancelled by the client after shipping, the shipping amount will not be refunded and the client will ship back the order to Vani Kabir Multiverse’s office on their own cost with every item in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. If any custom duty is imposed in India during the import of the return shipment, the custom duty will be paid by the client. International refund takes up to 15 working days to get credited to the client’s source account after processing.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
