1) Why buy stones from Vani Kabir Studio?

2) What do you mean by Light-Coding?
Light-Coding is the language of the Universe. Light-Codes are believed to be energetic frequencies, symbols or patterns that carry transformational information and assist in Spiritual growth. Master Vani uses the Aratik Light-Codes of Ara Star System which are drawn, infused and written but not spoken. These light-codes are much high vibration than just energising. The light-coding optimises the product to deliver its best performance.
3) What if I see scratches, inclusions or imperfections in my crystal bracelet or gemstone?
All of our crystal products are 100% handmade and crafted from natural materials. Due to their organic nature, they may feature minor scratches, inclusions, or imperfections, which we consider part of their unique charm and character. We kindly ask that you appreciate these as natural variations and not as defects.
4) Can I wear two or more gemstones at one time?
Yes, you can wear more than one gemstone at a time, depending on the blockages or intentions you wish to address.
5) How to select semi-precious and precious stones?
You can follow the MIN process for selecting precious stones—based on your Birth Month, Intuition, and Birth Number—and the BIC process for semi-precious stones, which considers Blockages, Instinct, Energy, and Color.
6) Why am I not able to place an order? / Why is your website down?
The issue may be due to a technical glitch. We recommend trying again after some time.
7) The product I am looking for is out of stock. What should I do?
Due to high demand for some categories, a few products may go out of stock quickly. Once they are in stock, you will be notified.
8) I haven’t received any response to the email. When can I expect to get a revert?
Our email response time is 24-48 hours. Please be rest assured you will get a response in the given timeline.
9) When will the product be shipped?
Our standard courier dispatch time is within 5 – 7 business days. However, if the order processing is completed before time, then your order may get dispatched early. And sometimes there can be minor delays in the process due to any stock availability issue/ any govt. restriction/ courier transportation issue. The courier transit time ( time spent during transportation ) depends on the delivery location. It can be anywhere between 1 – 7 business days.
International deliveries usually take between 15-21 working days. There may be some delays due to destination country Custom restrictions.
10) How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email/WhatsApp/SMS containing the tracking details is automatically sent to your registered email/mobile number at the time of dispatch. We recommend checking both your inbox and your spam/junk folders/ SMS/WhatsApp to locate the tracking link.
11) I cannot find the bracelet. Could you please share the link with me?

12) I have placed an order, but I don’t see the free bracelet in my cart. What is the minimum order to get a free bracelet?
Please note that our minimum order value is INR 1555/-. Once your cart meets this amount, the complimentary product will be automatically added to your cart at zero value/ if it does not get added in your cart but your order is placed during the offer period, the free gift will be sent with your order item/items in the same box.
13) Is there any offer/discount on the first order?
We do not have a discount policy. Our prices are same for everyone worldwide. However, we have time to time free gift offers which are officially announced over our website, mobile app and our Social media pages.
14) Do you provide cash-on-delivery service?
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option. We accept payments through other secure methods from our website, mobile app and any payment link sent via our official numbers/emails only
15) Do you provide the return and pickup services?
Yes, we do provide a return pick-up service for the products which get damaged during the shipping process. Please visit our Shipping & Return policy for more details.
16) What if I receive the crystal in damaged/tampered condition/Missing?
We request you to send us an unboxing video of your order ( within 24 hours of receiving the order ) to verify the damaged/tempered/missing product at orders@vanikabirmultiverse.com for further assistance.

17) How do I choose the right bracelet for myself?
Type your concern ( in 1-2 keywords ) in the search bar ( for eg: Money blockage, Focus, Education ) and our website will show all the relevant options to you. The descriptions for each product are channeled by Master Vani and written in a very unique way on our website; the more you read them, the better you will know which crystal to go for.
The crystals are not worn according to your date of birth. Anyone can wear any crystal. You only need to find the most suitable one for you, as per your concern.
18) Can we wear these bracelets while smoking, eating Non-Veg or on periods?
There are no such rigid rules regarding the use of bracelets. They can be worn as you feel guided, allowing for a more personal & intuitive connection.

21) Can one crystal work on multiple issues and manifestations?
No, a single crystal cannot address multiple issues or manifestations, as each crystal is uniquely selected and empowered based on its specific qualities and healing properties.
22) Can I share my crystals with my family/friends?
We do not recommend sharing your crystals with family or friends, as each person holds a unique aura and energy. These crystals are specifically attuned to your individual needs, problems, and manifestations, making them most effective when kept personal.
23) What is the difference between Male & Female bracelets?
The only difference between male and female bracelets is the size (number of beads)—male bracelets have 19 beads, while female bracelets have 18 beads.
24) What if I didn't receive a confirmation email regarding my order?
You will receive an automated email notification immediately after placing an order. If you do not see the confirmation email in your mail inbox - check your Spam folder. Still if you don't see it- please contact us at orders@vanikabirmultiverse.com for assistance.
25) How to set the intention in a crystal?
A Procedure card is provided with every order you place. That card has all the necessary details you would require to set your intentions on your crystals.
26) How can I reset my intention on my crystal?
To reset the intention of your crystal, hold it gently and focus your energy. Tap lightly on the crystal while chanting or affirming your new intentions. Continue this process until the crystal feels energetically lighter or aligned. Once done, you may begin using it as per your personal practice.
27) In which hand to wear the crystal bracelets?
There is no specific hand to wear the crystal bracelets, you can wear them on whichever hand feels most comfortable for you.
28) Where should I keep my bracelet if I don't have a selenite plate?
If you don’t have a selenite plate/bowl, we suggest keeping your bracelets and other wearable crystals in your temple area or in a bowl on your bedside ( the bowl should not be of plastic- glass/ceramic/wooden bowl is fine ).
29) What if I miss recording the Unboxing Video at the time of delivery? Will you accept the return?
To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly request that an unboxing video be provided in the event of a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns without this documentation. This helps us ensure that the product was received in its intended condition.
30) What if my payment got debited twice? What will be the auto-reverse timeline?

46) Can we buy loose gemstones?
Yes, you can purchase loose gemstones, however, for international orders, gemstones must be mounted in a ring or pendant before shipping.
47) Can we exchange or return gemstones?
We accept returns only in cases of damaged, missing, or defective products. To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video is MANDATORY. Without the video, we will not be able to process any return/exchange. There will be no special cases possible with regards to gemstone purchases.
48) Any specific finger or day associated with the gemstones?
The necessary information is mentioned in each gemstone description on the website.
49) Is there any particular process one has to follow before wearing gemstones?
No, there is no specific process required before wearing the gemstones, as they are already light-coded by our Master Vani Kabir. Only intention setting is necessary.
50) Any side effects associated with the gemstones?
Light-coded gemstones are designed to be safe and beneficial, with no reported side effects.
51) Are gemstones more effective in rings or pendants?

While traditional gemological attributes such as color, cut, shape, and carat weight hold limited significance from our Master’s perspective, she emphasizes the energetic resonance of gemstones. 54) Do you provide any authentication certificates with the gemstones?
Yes, we provide an authentication certificate with all our gemstones. The authentication certificate that we provide are from Indian Govt. accredited labs only.
55) What is the lifespan of the precious and semi-precious gemstones when it comes to longevity?
The life expectancy of precious stones is usually 5 to 7 years ( can be more also as it depends on how much energy it absorbs and how it works with the energy of the wearer ), while semi-precious stones can last for 2-3 years if handled with care, including regular cleansing, proper storage, and setting clear intentions.
56) Are gemstones worn according to the body weight?
This is an age-old myth that gemstones should be worn according to your body weight. They work on vibrational alignment and not physical mass. Your soul does not weigh 60 kgs and hence your gemstone should not be decided based on that. Your gemstone is there to help you with Karma, energy and intention. Any gemstone above 3 carats will help you remove your blockages. You are not a formula; you are a frequency.
