- If you purchase only the gemstone and you want to get the ring / pendant made by your own jeweller - You can surely do that.

But the whole responsibility and security of the gemstone will be on you. If the gemstone is swapped / damaged / scratched by your jeweller, then you will not be able to use the gemstone.

- None of our products are returnable once sold.

- If the damage happens during the shipping and it is clearly visible in the unboxing video once you receive the package, we will replace the gemstone.

- If a clear and end to end unboxing video is not provided, we won't be able to exchange any damaged gemstone.

It will take up to 10 business days for the parcel to dispatch ( delivery within India ). Delivery may take longer during holidays / special occasions / any time to time Govt. restriction.
