Use this ritual to consciously let go of what no longer serves you and make space for new beginnings. Write down what you are ready to leave behind, place it inside the coffin, and symbolically bury your old self so you can step forward into the future with a lighter heart.

Begin your ritual by holding the paper and reciting the Bury Your Old Self Prayer:

I release what no longer serves me.
I let go of the past with love and gratitude.

What is buried is released.
What is released can no longer hold me.

I bury my old self
and leave behind what I no longer need.

I am ready to begin again.

Every product is a tool—its meaning and impact are shaped by your belief, intention, and personal journey.

- Find a quiet space.

- Take a few deep breaths and think about what you are ready to leave behind.

- On the paper provided, write down the fears, habits, memories, patterns, or parts of yourself that you no longer wish to carry.

- Hold the paper in your hands and recite the Bury Your Old Self Prayer slowly and with intention.

- Fold and place the paper inside the coffin and close it.

- Take a moment to imagine yourself letting go of everything you have written.

- Bury the coffin in Mother Earth.

- Take a few moments afterwards to reflect on the person you are choosing to become.
