The Bury Your Old Self Coffin helps you leave behind old burdens, patterns, fears, and parts of yourself that you are ready to release.

Only by burying the past can the future grow.

Use this ritual to consciously let go of what no longer serves you and make space for new beginnings. Write down what you are ready to leave behind, place it inside the coffin, and symbolically bury your old self so you can step forward into the future with a lighter heart.

Begin your ritual by holding the paper and reciting the Bury Your Old Self Prayer:

I release what no longer serves me.
I let go of the past with love and gratitude.

What is buried is released.
What is released can no longer hold me.

I bury my old self
and leave behind what I no longer need.

I am ready to begin again.

Every product is a tool—its meaning and impact are shaped by your belief, intention, and personal journey.
