September Ancestry Day

An Ancestry Sheet is a guided letter that helps you connect with and honour your ancestors. It creates a sacred space for you to express gratitude, seek their guidance, receive their blessings, and release old family patterns that no longer belong to you.

Each month focuses on a different group of ancestors, helping you heal and strengthen your connection with them.

This September, we honour the Broken-Hearted in our family lineage, the ancestors who carried the pain of unfulfilled love, separation, betrayal, grief, loss, loneliness, and silent sacrifices. Some endured heartbreak that was never spoken of, while others gave up their dreams, relationships, or happiness for the well-being of their families. Though their wounds may have remained unseen, their resilience and strength became part of the foundation upon which future generations were built.

This month's Ancestry Sheet is a heartfelt offering of compassion and remembrance, honouring the love they carried and the pain they endured. It is an invitation to seek their blessings to heal emotional wounds, open your heart to love without fear, break inherited cycles of emotional suffering, and create a lineage where love is experienced with greater freedom, peace, and wholeness.
