Exchange & Refund Policy
Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
Vani Kabir Studio ( previously known as Soul Studio by Vani Kabir ) is a unit of M/s Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd.
Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are Cleansed, Energised and Reprogrammed by Master Dr. Vani Kabir and once they are worn by the recipient, they get connected to the wearer's auric field, they cannot be used by anyone else.
If there are any breakages/damages observed post receiving the order, there is no return, exchange or refund.
Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper.
Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- The product supplied got damaged / lost during the shipping process.
The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above mentioned circumstances.
Once purchased, there is no refund on digital products like – E-Studio ( mobile wall papers, Digital sheets, e-Books etc )
As per the above mentioned conditions in the case of a refund – the refund will be processed within 7 working days ( after the quality check of the returned items). Once the refund is processed, the amount will get credited to the customer’s source account within 5 – 7 business days.
How to initiate return:-
Please send us an email at order@vanikabirmultiverse.com with
- Order id
- Full details of products
- Proof of purchase ( such as payment receipt and screenshot of order confirmation email )
- Unboxing video with photos
- The reason of such return or exchange
- Whether you want refund or exchange
Return requests sent through WhatsApp, Call, SMS etc shall not be considered.
Shipping of the products to the VKM office :-
The client has to send the products with proper packaging in the parcel at their own cost. We do not initiate return pick-ups because of loss of products during return transit.
Inspection of product/s returned:-
Once the return product(s) is received at the VKM office, we shall send an email confirmation receipt to you. We will inspect the return product(s) and communicate our approval / rejection for your request of refund within 1-2 working days from the date of receipt of returned product(s). We will not approve any request for refund of the returned product(s) if it is found to be used, damaged or missing one or more parts. VKM’s decision regarding acceptance or rejection of your request will be final and binding.
Processing of Refund:-
The refund will be processed within 7 working days ( after the quality check of the returned items). Once the refund is processed, the amount will get credited to the customer’s source account within 5 – 7 business days.
Payment Gateway charges ( if applicable ) will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the Payment Gateway and are not refunded.
For Razor Pay, the charges are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards, Net Banking ( except for American Express which is 4.72% ) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards. For PayPal, the charges are 5.19%. These charges are inclusive of applicable 18% GST. Also, Shopify platform charges of 2% will not be refunded.
Late or missing Refunds :-
You will be notified via email or any other reasonable means once your refund is initiated. All refunds are usually credited between 5 – 7 working days. If you do not receive the refund within 7 working days, then please call your bank or the credit card company immediately. If they are not able to provide, please inform us at ordees@vanikabirmultiverse.com
Missing or broken items:-
Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper. We are very thorough in our checking and packing procedures, hence, missing any product(s) is highly unlikely. Our packing is very good, so the breakage or product(s) in transit is highly unlikely. However, to back your claim and for us to send you the missing product(s) from your order, we would require the unboxing video. If the unboxing video is not shared with us, you are not eligible for refunds.
Orders lost or Damaged during Transit:-
If you get a message from our third party service provider that your order is delivered, but you have still not received it, immediately email us at orders@vanikabirmultiverse.com. You are strongly recommended to contact us with 24 hours of such incidents for us to escalate and resolve them with our delivery partner.
Exchanges:
Vani Kabir Studio ( previously known as Soul Studio by Vani Kabir ) - a unit of M/s Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received is damaged during shipping. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he/she shall contact us at soulstars@vanikabirmultiverse.com
Vani Kabir Studio ( previously known as Soul Studio by Vani Kabir ) - a unit of M/s Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.
At the time of making a request for exchange, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken product received).
Only the particular product with broken product shall be exchanged and not the entire order.
Transportation cost for sending the product to Vani Kabir Studio’s office shall be borne by the customer.
The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.

The photographs of the products presented on the site are as faithful as possible, but do not commit the seller in any way.
In the event of an order to a country other than mainland India, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the responsibility of Vani Kabir Studio ( previously known as Soul Studio by Vani Kabir ) - a unit of M/s Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. They will be your responsibility and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
An order to a country other than mainland India will be shipped on paid shipping basis ( also mentioned in our shipping policy ). If the international order is cancelled by client after shipping, the shipping amount will not be refunded and the client will ship back the order to Vani Kabir Multiverse’s office on their own cost with every item in its original condition and packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. International refund takes up to 15 working days to get credited in the client’s source account after processing.
